Happy 4th of July! Stanford loved the fireworks! He woke up when they started and couldn't take his eyes off them the whole time.
See his cute little skinny body with a cute chubby face? I have been trying to chunk him up since he was 5 days old and noticed he had yucky mucusy poops. Andy had that same problem, and was allergic to milk, so I stopped eating all dairy, but Stanford didn't get better. His doc then told me to stop eating the top 8 food babies are allergic to - dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish for a few weeks, and when that didn't work I moved on to the lovely Total Elimination Diet (TED) which is just eating turkey, lamb, rice, squash, pears, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. yuck! At first he started to get better, and I tried a few new foods, Potatoes-no good! eggs- no good! milk-no good! peanuts-no good -the saddest food news I have ever heard, life is much harder without pb! I haven't tried any new foods for a few weeks, and his diapers are still sad. It has been more than 3 months of being on a Super Stanford diet and he has bad news in every dirty diaper, but he does sleep better now, and doesn't cry all the time anymore, but I am so hungry for some good food, and I really want him to get better!
Anyone know anything about this or do you have any advice for me?

Oh what a cutie pie! He looks so happy - you'd never know his tummy doesn't feel well. Lizzy - you are the WOMAN! The TED is brutual & you've always been happy even without your favorite foods;]

Look at that boy standing up! I can't believe he's only a few weeks older than Char, who is NOT standing up. She doesn't like putting weight on her legs at all. He's so cute and I really miss you guys! Come home soon!!!
